Phoenix DeVentures has extended its lease and expanded its current space at its headquarters in Madrone Business Park in Morgan Hill, a building which is owned and managed by Toeniskoetter Development.

Started in CEO Jeff Christian's garage, Phoenix DeVentures continues to expand regularly. With this expansion, Phoenix DeVentures has more than doubled its corporate and manufacturing operations from 14,174 to 29,373 square feet. Since moving into the building at 18655 Madrone Parkway in 2011, the company’s growth as a leading medical device development and additive manufacturing company has necessitated a bigger space.

“I have worked closely with Toeniskoetter Development on leasing and expansion. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to their tenants has made this project a pleasant experience,” said Jeff Christian, CEO of Phoenix DeVentures. “They negotiated in good faith and were able to come up with a contract that was workable for both parties.”

Phoenix DeVentures provides a range of services in the medical device development field, which includes designing, developing, and manufacturing all types of medical products. With more than 30 years of experience in the medical device industry, Christian and his team have developed an expertise in many areas including product design and development, contract manufacturing, regulatory and quality, machine design and fabrication, custom software, mold-making, 3D printing, laser-welding, Nitinol forming and electro-polishing.

“We are excited to have a key client like Phoenix DeVentures in Madrone Business Park that is doing well and growing,” said Brad Krouskup, CEO and President of Toeniskoetter Development, Inc. “We look forward to our continued relationship.”

Jeff Barnes with Colliers International represented Phoenix DeVentures in lease negotiations, and he was the listing agent for Toeniskoetter Development. Toeniskoetter Construction performed the construction work for the expansion.

Madrone Business Park, developed and managed by Toeniskoetter Development, is a 110-acre business park currently comprised of buildings totaling 754,000 square feet. Madrone Business Park is home to corporate users such as Flextronics, ITT Corp., Paramit Corp., as well as the Madrone Village Shopping Center with tenants that include FedEx Office, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Chipotle, and AT&T Wireless. The park has an additional 300,000 square feet of planned expansion.
