Toeniskoetter Construction recently completed tenant improvements at King & Spalding's new Palo Alto office. The international law firm relocated to 601 California Avenue in Palo Alto from Redwood City, and needed to make improvements to the space before moving into it.

“We were looking for a construction company that would partner with us,” said Harry Ludwig, Director of Facilities & Administrative Operations for King & Spalding. “Toeniskoetter made this an easy transition and we are very pleased with the results.”

The improvements spanned 25,700+ square feet of office space, and included installing a new reception desk, lobby signage, new carpeting, a build-out of the IT room, partition removal, alterations and additions. Jennifer Mitchell, architect from ASD, designed the project in collaboration with King & Spalding.

“The Toeniskoetter team working on this project was excited to give such a prestigious law firm this elegant, yet functional work space,” said Adam Toeniskoetter, Project Manager at Toeniskoetter Construction. “This project demonstrates our ability to create beautiful work environments for professional services firms.”
