Toeniskoetter Construction completed tenant improvements to the San Jose offices of Silicon Valley Podiatry Group, a practice that has been providing premier podiatric medical and surgical care to the community for the last 38 years.

The project was a cosmetic upgrade involving new flooring and paint throughout the office at 2512 Samaritan Court, Suite A, in San Jose, as well as new lighting and renovated bathrooms. The exam rooms were freshened up with new countertops and cabinets; they were also upgraded with new sinks and plumbing.

Dr. Chris Horine, DPM, and Dr. NajwaJaved, DPM, of Silicon Valley Podiatry Group both agreed. “The project came together beautifully!” Dr. Javed declared. “A sincere thanks to everyone at Toeniskoetter for their vision, planning and hard work.”

The renovation spotlight falls on the brand new reception desk and lobby. The curved reception desk, unique lighting and colorful luxury finishes lend the space a residential feel that is warm, rather than clinical.

“This was a simple, yet transformative project,” said Toeniskoetter Executive Vice President Gary Dam. “The new lobby is comforting and welcoming. It doesn’t feel like your typical doctor’s office.”

The 1,300 square-foot project was designed by Lisa Kohler of HGA Architects and Engineers (formerly ReelGrobman.)
